The Presidential Marketplace is limited to 75
quality vendors or organizations that offer diverse products or information
to more than 100,000 expected attendees during the 8 day event.
Vendor Application Terms & Conditions
Each 10x8 booth will be rented at a fixed price of $5,000 for the run of the Event. 50% deposit (of total) due upon receipt of approval. 50% balance (of total) due 12 August, 2008.
The rental price will include a 6 ’ skirted table, 2 chairs, electrical hookup and carpet. All other costs will be borne by the renter. Information on additional offerings will be included in the exhibitor kit that will be mailed to the vendor upon acceptance to the event.
All vendors will be contractually required to remain open for all of the hours of the event.

Preference will be given to entities selling merchandise that is both appropriate and appealing to our audience. Greater preference will be given to companies presenting “Made in USA” merchandise.
All vendors will have to submit photos or detailed descriptions of all merchandise that will be offered for sale for approval by American Presidential Experience.
Completing and submitting the attached form does not guarantee you booth space in the Presidential Marketplace.
